Pricing

Pricing is per page and includes submission to the NIMAC and any follow up required by the NIMAC.

Some factors that affect pricing are:

• The complexity of the material
• The scope of the project
• The type of files provided

To receive a quote, please provide several sample pages and the total page count. Normally, quotes are delivered by the next business day.

About NIMAS

The National Instructional Materials Accessibility Standard (NIMAS) is used to convert educational materials into XML source files. Publishers submit the resulting NIMAS files sets to the National Instructional Materials Access Center (NIMAC). NIMAS files can then be accessed by educators and used to generate accessible formats including Braille, large print and digital talking books.
